We use Google Analytics to collect information about how you use the itris Knowledgebase. To do this we place a number of small files (known as “cookies”) onto your computer.
Google Analytics stores information about:
- The articles you visit
- How long you spend on each article
- What you click on while using the Knowledgebase
We do not collect or store your personal information (for example your name or address), so this information cannot be used to identify who you are.
We do not allow Google to use or share our analytics data.

Opting Out
If you decline consent to use cookies you will be opting out of Google Analytics tracking. The cookies will still be created on your machine but tracking data will not be transmitted.
