User Statistics Report
Reporting is highly advantageous when it comes to businesses being able to pull information from their system. They can provide an understanding of potential flaws and opportunities, influence long term management strategies and streamline processes.
There are four permission levels when it comes to reporting: Personal, Team, Team Granular and Analyst (please see related articles for further information).
Personal
You will only be able to view your own data.
Team
You can view your own data.
Team Granular
You'll be able to filter by team and filter to team's individual data.
Analyst
There are no limitations, you will be able to filter on a per user basis, including teams.
User Statistics
With over 60 areas of itris that you can report on, User Statistics is the report to keep a close eye on as it will give you an overview of user activity within the database. Actions include the number of records created, CVs introduced, comments created and emails sent.
The data showing within the report will depend on the date range you are filtering by.
Columns Explained
There are several columns that show as default, however, this can be altered by using the Grid Columns (please see related articles for more information).

Applicants Registered | Count of applicants created by the user within the specified date range. |
Companies Created | Count of companies created by the user within the specified date range. |
Contacts Created | Count of contacts created by the user within the specified date range. |
Jobs Obtained | Count of jobs created within the specified date range where the user is the Obtained By user. |
Roles Obtained | As with Jobs Obtained but multiplied by the number of roles. |
Placements Filled | Count of placements created within the specified date range where the user is the Filled By user, excluding those that Did Not Start. |
CVs Introduced | Count of submission records created within the specified date range where the user is the Introduced By user. |
CVs Submitted | Count of CV Submissions created within the specified date range where the user is the Submitted By user. |
CVs Marketed | Count of the distinct number of applicants marketed by the user within the specified date range. E.g. Applicant A is marketed to Contact A and Contact B. Later Applicant A is marketed to Contact C and these will count as 1 for this column. |
Contacts Marketed To | Count of the distinct number of contacts marketed to by the user within the specified date range. E.g. Applicant A is marketed to Contact A and Contact B. Later Applicant B is marketed to Contact A and these will count as 2 for this column. |
Interviews Arranged | Count of Interviews created within the specified date range where the user is the Arranged By user. Excluding those that are a draft. |
1st Interviews Arranged | As above but only 1st interviews. |
2nd Interviews Arranged | As above but only 2nd interviews. |
Offers Obtained | Count of the offers created within the specified date range where the user was the Obtained By user. |
Comments Created | Count of comments created by the user within the specified date range. |
Outbound Calls | As above but only those with category that has the type of 'Outbound Call'. |
Emails Sent | As above but only those with category that has the type of 'Email Sent'. |
SMS Sent | As above but only those with category that has the type of 'SMS Sent'. |
Contact Made (Applicants) | Count of comments created against an applicant record by the user within the specified date range and where the comment category is flagged as ‘Updates Last Contact’. This does not include comments that are linked to an applicant record from another record. |
Contact Made (Contacts) | As above but against a contact record. |
References Requested | Count of references created by the user where the requested date is within the specified date range. |
References Received | Count of references created by the user where the received date is within the specified date range. |
Terms Proposed | Count of company terms where the proposed date is within the specified date range and the user is set as the terms' user (This is not the created by user). |
Terms Agreed | Count of company terms where the agreed date is within the specified date range and the user is set as the terms' user (This is not the created by user). |
Meetings Arranged | Count of appointments created by the user within the specified date range where the type is Meeting, and the meeting has not been marked as cancelled. |
Meetings Occurred | Count of appointments created by the user where the start date falls within the specified date range, the type is Meeting and the meeting has not been marked as cancelled. |
Community - Applicants Promoted | Count of the distinct number of applicants linked to community posts where the post was created by the user within the specified date range. |
Community - Applicant Recommendations | Count of the total non distinct number of applicants linked to community replies where the reply was created by the user within the specified date range. |
Community - Jobs Posted | Count of the distinct number of jobs linked to community posts where the post was created by the user within the specified date range. |
Community - Job Recommendations | Count of the total non distinct number of jobs linked to community replies where the reply was created by the user within the specified date range. |
CV Submissions to Interview | % of CV submissions that were submitted by the user within the specified date range that resulted in an interview. Excluding those where the submission is active and the highest level achieved is CV submission. Also excluding draft interviews. |
CV Submissions to Offer | % of CV submissions that were submitted by the user within the specified date range that resulted in an offer. Those that are draft or still active are excluded from this calculation. |
CV Submissions to Placement | % of CV submissions that were submitted by the user within the specified date range that resulted in a placement. Those that are draft or still active are excluded from this calculation. |
Interviews to Offer | % of interviews (distinct over 1st, 2nd etc) Arranged By the user within the specified date range that resulted in an offer. Those that are draft or still active are excluded from this calculation. |
Offers to Placement | % of offers (distinct over 1st, 2nd etc) Obtained By the user within the specified date range that resulted in a placement. Those that are draft or still active are excluded from this calculation. |
CV Submissions Introduced to Interview | % of CV submissions that were introduced by the user and submitted within the specified date range that resulted in an interview. Those that are draft or still active are excluded from this calculation. |
CV Submissions Introduced to Offer | % of CV submissions that were introduced by the user and submitted within the specified date range that resulted in an offer. Those that are draft or still active are excluded from this calculation. |
CV Submissions Introduced to Placement | % of CV submissions that were introduced by the user and submitted within the specified date range that resulted in a placement. Those that are draft or still active are excluded from this calculation. |
Jobs Obtained Potential | Potential Estimated Value of jobs obtained by the user and created within the specified date range. This is the Estimated Value across the whole job not just within the specified date range. |
Placements Filled Estimated Value | Total Estimated Value of all placements filled by the user and created within the specified date range. |
Splits Shared Estimated Value | The portion of the estimated value above that is split to other users. |
Splits Obtained Estimated Value | Estimated Value split to this user from placements filled by another user and created within the specified date range. |
Total Estimated Value | Placements Filled Estimated Value - Splits Shared Estimated Value + Splits Obtained Estimated Value = Total Estimated Value |
Placements Filled Rebates | Rebates created within the specified date range for placements filled by the user. |
Rebates on Splits Shared | The portion of the rebates above that is split to other users. |
Rebates on Splits Obtained | Rebate Estimated Value split to this user from placements filled by another user where the rebate was created within the specified date range. |
Total Rebates | Placements Filled Rebates - Rebates on Splits Shared + Rebates on Splits Obtained = Total Rebates |
