Communications are managed via the itris Management Utility (IMU) Data area.
There are three Communication methods under which Types can be set: Email, Phone and Web Address.
When managing the communication types the areas the communication type is available on should be set as applicant, company and/or contact.
In order for the SMS plugin to recognise a mobile number, ensure you tick Can Receive SMS when creating the phone type Mobile.
