By integrating itris and Outlook you will be able to manage all your emails from within itris, without the need to move between programs.
Should you wish, you can enable settings to always add comments and/or attach emails to known records automatically without any manual intervention, not only saving you time, but also meaning you have a full audit trail of these communications.
Additionally, via the Email area you can initiate the creating of new records from an email, and manually attach emails to records.
The integration also allows you to use your Outlook signatures on your itris emails.
