itris Suggestions Form

We value all feedback and suggestions we receive from our clients which helps us as we continue to develop and innovate itris 9. To this affect we have embedded functionality within itris for you to send suggestions directly to us.

At the foot of the main menu bar is the Suggestion button.

Suggestion Guidelines

To help us properly organise and administer your suggestion please follow the below guidelines.

In some cases, you may have more than one suggestion about the same area, for example 2 suggestions both related to applicant searching. In these cases, please ensure that individual suggestions are raised separately. Please do not add multiple suggestions in one grouped suggestion.

Subject

Provide as much detail about the suggestion as you can in the suggestion’s subject field. This doesn’t have to be much, but just enough for us to quickly see roughly what the suggestion is about. Below is an example of a useful subject line compared to one that is not useful:

Ability to create a new group when adding records to group

This mentions the feature in the subject, and is clear enough that it we can quickly identify what the suggestion is without having to open the suggestion up

Addresses improvements

Although this gives us the feature in question, it does not provide enough detail and means we have to open it up to read the suggestion

Description

Just like the subject, ensure that when explaining your suggestion it has an adequate description including examples of real life usage scenarios and why it will benefit you as a business.
