Records can be posted to external integrations either on an individual basis from the specific record or in bulk from a search or group.
Individual records can be posted using the Integrations button in the action bar.
You can then choose from any available External Record Posting options that have been configured in the itris Management Utility (IMU), see the Integrations | Custom Integrations article for more information.
Additionally, on Job Records the Post Record option will also allow you to post jobs to Logic Melon and Broadbean if you have these configured in the IMU, see the following articles for more information on posting to these sites: Broadbean Job Posting, Logic Melon Job Posting, Integrations | Broadbean, Integrations | LogicMelon.
Records can be posted in bulk from Searches and Groups using the Post Record action button. This allows you to post all, selected or flagged records.
Once you have posted, a passive notification will let you know itris is sending the record(s) to the 3rd party application.
