🔥 Improvements

We are always making improvements to various areas in itris from usability enhancements to customer feedback. Here’s what we’ve improved in 9.14:

• Frequently Assigned Keywords
  When assigning keywords, at the top of the tree is a new area for your frequently assigned keywords. This will show the 20 most frequently used keywords for each record type, allowing for quick selection.

• Company > Contact Comments
  You can now add comments to contacts directly from the contacts list on a company record.

• Invalid CV Marketing Improvements
  When marketing applicant CVs to contacts, we have changed to the order to show the invalid applicant and contact records at the top of each list.

• Rates Filter
  We’ve added a filter to the job and placement rates area so you can now choose to show and hide active and inactive rates. This allows you to, for example, only show the current rates and hide past and future rates.

• Record Find > Exclude Archived
  Archived records will no longer be found using the Quick Find at the top right. To include archived records, you can use the Advanced Find (CTRL, SHIFT + F) but archived records will still be found using record Id.

• Recently Opened Improvements
  We have improved the recently opened records in the Record Hubs so that, when hot desking or using different computers/devices, this list of records will now be kept in sync and not device specific.
