🔥 Improvements

We are always making improvements to various areas in itris from usability enhancements to customer feedback. Here’s what we’ve improved in 9.25:

• Search Results / Record Groups Improvements
  We released an improvement to the applicant search results in itris 9.17 and in this release, we are rolling it out to more areas. You can now view more information from all search results and record groups.

• Applicant Availability Sorting
  Applicants can now be sorted by availability which will take into account a date, notice period and unknown availability.

• Fixed Fee Salary Intervals
  Temp and contract fixed fee jobs and placements can now have Salary set as their pay interval.

• Additional Rate & Extension Merge Fields
  We have added new rate and extension placement merge fields for the earliest rate, latest rate and current rate. This replaces the pay and change merge fields which will remain in existing templates, but cannot be added to new templates.

• Company Phone Number in Contact Grids
  The default company phone numbers are now available in all contact grids.

• Advanced Record Find Improvements
  We have improved the workflow of the advanced record find so that it pre-sets to the record type that is currently open in the background.

• Retained Functionality
  Manage retained / head hunt jobs within itris by adding multiple charge stages to jobs and report on the status of shortlisted applicants.

• Global Rates
  Create rates that are updatable en masse. With global rates, you can manage bulk pay and charge changes on any associated placement such as national minimum wages, for example.
