itris 9.27

We're pleased to present itris 9.27. In this release there are 2 new features and 7 improvements.

Remember to take a full backup of the itris database before updating.

✨ New Features

Applicant Inbox

The new Applicant Inbox functionality is designed to make integrating applicant registration and updates a breeze. We’ve added a new, developer friendly API endpoint, as well as a new area in itris to manage incoming registrations and updates. When an entry comes in, you can use the Applicant Inbox area to create a new applicant or update an existing applicant with the new data.

Live Placements

Live placements will list all workers that are currently out and allow you to extend them, end them early and close them directly from here. This forms the new Live Activity area that Live Jobs has also been moved in to.

🔥 Improvements

We are always making improvements to various areas in itris from usability enhancements to customer feedback. Here’s what we’ve improved in 9.27:

  • We have improved availability searching to include notice period
  • A new merge field has been added to job and placement for Calculated Charge, which will display the calculated charge value of a percentage fee
  • Quick note warnings are now visible in the warnings tabs when submitting an applicant or creating a new placement
  • Work type filters have been added to the job and placement tabs in company and contact records
  • You can now hide archived records in applicant, company, and contact groups
  • We have added a new calendar preference to set the default appointment type when creating a new appointment
  • We have made some improvements to finding companies by name

Our roadmap is ever-growing. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming to itris soon.

  • Bulk Assignments
    From search results and record groups, bulk assignments will allow you to change statuses, change assignees, add comments and assign keywords to multiple selected records at once.

  • Work Arrangements
    Work arrangements will align more closely to the current jobs market and account for on-site, hybrid or fully remote roles and can be assigned to applicants, jobs, and placements.
