✨ New Features

Formatted CV Templates

We are excited to announce that one of our most highly requested features, Formatted CV Templates, is now available in itris 9.29. With this release, you can create branded Word templates and seamlessly merge CV text to craft the perfect branded CV. Additionally, you can include the Summary merge field to add a personalised cover note.

Job Email Notifications

Job email notifications have been added as an option to the email notification types. With job notifications, specified recipients will receive emails triggered by jobs created, modified and deleted in itris. The trigger options here allow you to narrow down the notifications based on contingency and retained jobs, as well as for the different work types.

🔥 Improvements

We are always making improvements to various areas in itris from usability enhancements to customer feedback. Here’s what we’ve improved in 9.29:

  • We have added the ability to create SMS snippets, which are reusable blocks of text to save time when writing an SMS message. You can also save a snippet as a default to load with each new SMS such as a signature / suffix.
  • You can now re-schedule a call (or multiple calls) easily in the Scheduled Calls area. These can be quickly re-scheduled to a day in the near future, or a specified date.
  • When saving emails as comments, we have now added the option to save the email body in that comment too.
  • In the Marketing Hub, contact cards will now also include the company name.
  • We have added an option to set options in the advanced find as defaults.
