We're pleased to present itris 9.31. In this release there are 2 new features and 9 improvements.

✨ New Features

Compliance Searching

Compliance searching enhances the itris compliance functionality even further by allowing you to search applicants based on matching compliance criteria. This can use an existing jobs compliance criteria to search applicants that are compliant for a selected job’s requirements. Alternatively, you can use auto-generated compliance to get a list of applicants based on date, charge type, job function, industry and / or business type compliance.

Zapier Integration

In 9.30, we released Webhooks, which are the foundations for the new Zapier integration. In 9.31, we’re excited to announce our new integration with Zapier, the market-leading automation platform that propels itris’ automation workflows. With this integration, you can automate actions in itris by using the following triggers:

  • Applicant Created
  • Company Created
  • Contact Created
  • Job Created
  • Placement Created

These triggers can be manually initiated with custom integrations or automatically triggered via our Webhooks functionality. For more information, see the Zapier integration article or visit the Zapier Help Center.

🔥 Improvements`

We are always making improvements to various areas in itris from usability enhancements to customer feedback. Here’s what we’ve improved in 9.31:

  • We have added an ‘After confirming’ option to New Placements to choose an action after creation. This now allows you to send email confirmations as an additional option.
  • You can now create follow-up appointments directly from the new comment modal when creating the comment.
  • A new interview number filter has been added to the interviews report for filtering on specific interview numbers.
  • Live placements can now be filtered by placed applicant name.
  • In all submission grids, a Quick Note column has been added.
  • Work arrangements have been added as a merge field for applicant, job, and placement email and letter templates.
  • Work arrangements are now also available as an API end point on applicants, jobs, and placements.
  • We have made some improvements to how rates are handled in the Merit integration.
  • Some colours and typography have been updated to improve contrast.

  • Docusign Integration
    Continuing with our integrations initiative, we’re pleased to announce our Docusign integration. This allows documents to be sent via Docusign directly through itris and seamlessly received back and attached to relevant records.
  • 📱 Mobile App (2025)
    We’re excited to announce that we have a mobile app coming in early 2025 which will be available on both iOS and Android. We will be releasing more information on this as we get into the new year.
