✨ New Features
Applicant Compliance
Applicant compliance adds yet another layer to itris extensive compliance functionality by displaying whether an applicant is compliant on their record. This check uses the auto-generated global compliance with the optional addition of job function preference compliance, so you can see whether an applicant is compliant against a baseline of requirements immediately from their record.

Compliance Overrides
Compliance overrides have been introduced to cater for scenarios where compliance can be bypassed if set to preventative. This is achieved by giving specific users the ability to generate override codes, which can then be used to override a compliance preventative compliance requirement. Each time a code is used, the issuer and the receiver can provide context (in the form of a notes field) which can then be used to audit any overrides on a placement record.

🔥 Improvements
We are always making improvements to various areas in itris from usability enhancements to customer feedback. Here’s what we’ve improved in 9.32:
- We have added a new permission to lock down the management of restrictions to specific users.
- We have added a new permission to only allow certain users to remove a quick note warning if one has been set as a warning.
- We have made integrations more visible in a new dedicated area in the user preferences menu.
- The permissions UI and workflow in the IMU has been improved.
- We have fixed an issue that was causing attachments sent via itris to use the file name rather than the friendly attachment name.
- Profession Start Date has now been turned on for all customers and is available in the Applicant > Additional tab.
- When opening a map view in search results, the pop out markers for records have been improved to include the option of opening the record in itris, or getting directions.
🚀 Coming Soon
Our roadmap is ever-growing. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming to itris soon.
- Docusign Integration
Continuing with our integrations initiative, we’re pleased to announce our Docusign integration. This allows documents to be sent via Docusign directly through itris and seamlessly received back and attached to relevant records. - 📱 Mobile App (2025)
We’re excited to announce that we have a mobile app coming in early 2025 which will be available on both iOS and Android. We will be releasing more information on this as we get into the new year.
