✨ New Features

Docusign Integration

We are thrilled to announce our new integration with Docusign. DocuSign is a leading electronic signature and digital transaction management platform that allows users to securely sign, send, and manage documents online. It streamlines workflows, enhances security, and ensures legal compliance for businesses and individuals.

The integration with Docusign allows you to send documents via an itris record to Docusign. Once signed these documents will be attached back into itris.

🔥 Improvements

We are always making improvements to various areas in itris from usability enhancements to customer feedback. Here’s what we’ve improved in 9.33:

  • We have added the ability to search applicants based on Applicant Compliance (in addition to previous options for searching based on Job or Auto-Generated Compliance).
  • A Name filter has been added to Word Templates to help you find the relevant template easily.
  • Within the comments report we’ve added the ability to view comments in full, so that you no longer need to go to the record to view the full comment.
  • We have added the ability to convert Scheduled Calls to a search.
  • The SMS inbox in the main menu now has a unread messages count.
  • We have made improvements to CV Lists in the CV Marketing Hub, and elsewhere such as CV Submission form to help you identify the different types of CV available to use.
  • On Job records we have added the ability to set default recipients for CV Submission and Interview emails. This is particularly useful where multiple contacts are required to be included in all email communications, saving time by not having to manually add at email stage.
  • We have added time period customisation to five Dashboard Widgets allowing you to view the widget data over 7, 14 or 30 day periods.
  • You can now select any users in the Job Statistics report criteria and set the context for those users.

  • 📊 KPI Activity Report This new report will allow you to report on the activity of users and teams/groups based on their assigned KPIs and metrics.

    We’re excited to announce that we have a mobile app coming which will be available on both iOS and Android. We will be releasing more information on this later this year.
