Company Merging
The ability to merge company records will ensure that you can efficiently track client relationships, manage opportunities, and maintain accurate business intelligence.
When merging company records all related contacts, jobs, placements, and business history are combined to a single, comprehensive company profile. This not only improves data accuracy but also gives you a complete view of your client relationships, enhances reporting reliability, and makes it easier for your team to collaborate effectively.
Whether duplicates arise from different team members adding the same company, variations in company names, or data imports, this functionality will help you merge these records.

Web Forms
itris now offers comprehensive Web Forms functionality that streamlines applicant interactions with your recruitment process. Three configurable form types are available:
- Registration forms allow applicants to create and update their profiles with mandatory fields including name, email, and telephone details, plus optional CV uploads and LinkedIn URLs.
- Job Application forms enable candidates to apply for specific positions using customisable URLs with job Id parameters, supporting both single and multiple job applications.
- Consent forms handle data processing permissions and GDPR compliance requirements.
All forms feature full branding customization including page titles, descriptions, brand colours, logos, and favicons. The system intelligently identifies existing applicant records to prevent duplicates and manages all submissions through the Applicant Inbox for centralised processing. Forms can be embedded in email templates and integrated into your website. CAPTCHA verification ensures genuine applicants, while the flexible URL structure supports various recruitment workflows including combined registration and application processes.

🔥 Improvements
We are always making improvements to various areas in itris from usability enhancements to customer feedback. Here’s what we’ve improved in 9.36:
- We have added a new metric to the User Statistics Report for CV Marketing Activity. This is a count of all Applicant/Contact combinations (including duplicates), giving you the statistic for the total number of marketed CV’s. For example, sending 2 Applicants to 10 Contacts would show as 20 in the Marketing Activity statistic.
- The Applicant Inbox has been enhanced to include the following five Consent options: Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Postal Marketing, CV Marketing and Data Retention. This enhancement allows you to maintain comprehensive records of Applicant preferences while ensuring full GDPR compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Where a Job has a Closed Status (for example; Filled by Us, Filled Elsewhere, Cancelled etc) you can now hover your cursor over that status to see the date the Job last transitioned from a Live to a Closed status.
- Extension numbers can now be displayed alongside phone numbers in Search Results, Groups, and on the Company record Contacts tab, streamlining your calling workflow. This enhancement eliminates the need to separately look up extension information, allowing you to make calls more efficiently. The extension data appears directly within the relevant phone number columns for quick reference.
- An additional IsArchived property has been added to various applicant, company and contact API GET endpoints. This will allow a way of differentiating between a live and archived records.

- 📱 Mobile App
We’re excited to announce that we have a mobile app coming in early 2026 which will be available on both iOS and Android. We will be releasing more information on this as we get into the new year. - 📊 KPI Dashboard & Activity Report
We are currently working on a KPI Dashboard with 15 of the most popular metrics to users to track activity against target. Users will also be able to drill down into this data to see a list of the activity that has contributed towards it. Alongside this will be a KPI Activity Report where users, teams and groups can be reported on.
