We're excited to introduce the latest enhancements to itris 9, designed to streamline your recruitment workflows and boost productivity. This release focuses on practical improvements that make your day-to-day tasks more efficient, from simplified rate calculations and enhanced applicant filtering to refined keyword management. 🔥 Improvements

Markup/Margin Calculator

A new calculator button has been added to the New/Edit Base Rate and Alternative Rate forms for both jobs and placements, allowing you to easily set a rate’s charge based on pay and target markup/margin percentage. You can also calculate the margin/markup based on configured pay and charge. “Markup” and “Margin” columns have been added to Job Search Results, Placement Search Results, Job Groups, Placement Groups, Live Jobs, and Live Placements for better visibility across the system.

Applicant Groups | Work Preferences Column

Following user feedback, we’ve added new work preference columns to Applicant Groups including:

  • Preferred Work Type
  • Preferred Work Capacity
  • Preferred Work Arrangements
  • Preferred Sector(s)
  • Preferred Job Function
  • Preferred Job Title

These new columns make it easier to segment and identify candidates based on their specific work preferences.

Manage Keywords Modal

We’ve made two improvements to the Manage Keyword Modal:

  • The ‘Assigned’ list in the Manage Keywords modal is now sorted by keyword name in ascending order for easier navigation.
  • When using keyboard shortcuts to assign keywords from the unassigned list, focus now moves to the next item rather than resetting to the beginning, allowing you to quickly add multiple keywords without interruption.

API Improvements

We’ve made a number of improvements to the itris 9 API, notably:

  • Placement record responses now include the recruitment type, split fees and whether or not the placement is set as ‘Did Not Start’.
  • Job record responses now include recruitment type, retained charge schedule data and rate data.
  • 5 new endpoints have been added:
    • GET /api/v2/retainedCharges - View retained charges across multiple jobs.
    • GET /api/v2/marketedCVs - View data on CVs marketed from itris 9.
    • GET /api/v2/appointments - View appointments occurring within a specified date range.
    • GET /api/v2/appointments/lastmodified - View appointments that have been modified since a specified date.
    • GET /api/v2/company/{companyId}/terms - View terms data for a specific company.

Webhook Improvements

Rate and shift data is now included in the payload sent with placement creation webhooks. This makes it even easier to integrate 3rd party software with itris placements.

  • 📱 Mobile App
    We’re excited to announce that we have a mobile app coming in early 2026 which will be available on both iOS and Android. We will be releasing more information on this as we get into the new year.
  • 📊 KPI Dashboard & Activity Report
    We are currently working on a KPI Dashboard with 15 of the most popular metrics to users to track activity against target. Users will also be able to drill down into this data to see a list of the activity that has contributed towards it. Alongside this will be a KPI Activity Report where users, teams and groups can be reported on.
