🔥 Improvements

Bulk Action | Archive & Restore

Bulk archiving and restoring just got a whole lot faster. You can now Archive or Restore multiple Company, Contact, and Applicant records in one go, directly from a Search or Group, no need to open records individually.

It’s a simple, streamlined workflow that saves you time when you’re tidying up your database or bringing records back into circulation. And don’t forget, you can search specifically for archived records and apply the bulk action straight from those results, making it even easier to manage your data at scale.

Company Record | Consent Bulk Update Tool

You asked, we listened. The Consent Bulk Update Tool is back on the Company record.

When we originally moved this workflow into the Bulk Actions Tool, it made sense, but plenty of you let us know you missed being able to update consent options directly from the Company record. Those extra clicks might seem small, but they add up. So we’ve restored it to where you expect it to be, giving you a quicker, more intuitive route to keeping your consent data up to date.

API Improvements

We’ve made a number of improvements to the itris 9 API, notably:

  • It is now possible to get applicant, company and contact photos/logos via the API.
  • Refund values are now included when getting placements.
  • 4 new endpoints have been added:
    • GET /api/v2/applicants
    • GET /api/v2/companies
    • GET /api/v2/contacts
    • GET /api/v2/jobs

Webhook Improvements

Using our webhook functionality, It is now possible to subscribe to 5 new events:

  • Applicant Deleted
  • Company Deleted
  • Contact Deleted
  • Job Deleted
  • Placement Deleted
