itris 9.5

Released June 2021

We're pleased to present itris 9.5. In this release there are 3 new features and 7 improvements.

Remember to take a full backup of the itris database before updating.

itris Launcher Update

itris 9.5 includes an update to the embedded web browser used in many places in itris such as in the New Record Forms.

To use this new browser users will need to install the latest version of the itris Launcher which can be downloaded from User Preferences > General.

✨ New Features

Organisation Chart

The Organisation Chart displays a visual representation of the structure and employee hierarchy at a company. This allows you to easily see relationships between contacts and management/department setups at companies.

Interview Report

We have added a new Interviews Report that lists all interviews using criteria such as Interview Date, Created Date, Status, Feedback, Type, etc. This report is also exportable to .csv.

itris API - Job Posting & Applicant Registration

We have added end points to the API to allow for access to itris job posting and applicant registration as well as improvements to System Users area in the IMU to manage API users.

🔥 Improvements

We are always making improvements to various areas in itris from usability enhancements to customer feedback. Here’s what we’ve improved in 9.5:

  • Filter Improvements
    We have modified many of the filters throughout the system to now allow immediate filtering without having to click the Run button. In addtion, many areas now provide the option to save defaults for the filters.

  • Copy Contact Communication
    We have added the ability to copy a contact’s phone number and email address from the Contacts tab on the Company record.

  • Shortlist Exclusion Information

    We have added ToolTips to the exclusions page when shortlisting multiple applicants to a job that shows the reason for the exclusion.

  • Terms Status Filter

    We have added a Terms Status filter to the criteria for the Starters Report and Finishers Report.

  • Placement Feedback Buttons

    We have added placement feedback buttons to placement lists on all of the main records.

  • Email Template Attachments

    We have added the ability to select the attachments to include when saving an email template.

  • New Sort Orders

    We have added Company and Job Title as sorting options to searches, groups and some reports.
