🔥 Improvements

We are always making improvements to various areas in itris from usability enhancements to customer feedback. Here’s what we’ve improved in 9.6:

• Email Applicants from Job
  We have added an ‘Applicants’ option to the Send Email Action button on job records that allows you to send bulk emails to any submitted applicant against that job.

• Submission Activity Board Improvements
  Improvements have been made to the submission Activity board including a filter to show inactive submissions and the ability to action an item directly from the Activity board.

• Submitted Applicant Record Cards
  You can now view a submitted applicant’s record card from any submission tab on job records to access phone numbers, email addresses, etc.

• Estimated Value Columns
  An Estimated Value column has been added to various grids such as search results, record groups, placement lists and reports.

• Applicant ‘Employer’ Sort Option
  We have added an Employer sort option to applicant searches and Record Groups.

• Address Selection Filter
  A filter has now been added to the top of all address selectors to make it easier to find a specific address for companies with a lot of addresses.

• Main Record GPU Improvements
  We have made some performance improvements to the main records to lower the GPU usage.

• Copy Address/Postcode to Clipboard
  Released August 2021 in version 9.6.500.1668
  We have added buttons to the address tile to allow you to easily copy a record’s full address or postal code.

• Compliance
  Configure compliance templates and apply them to jobs and placements as well as checking submitted applicants against job compliance and placed applicants against placement compliance. Also includes a central compliance management area.
