All about the Outlook Add-Inn

Email is a key communication tool, make sure you’ve linked your itris and Outlook accounts.

itris 9 utilises an Outlook plugin to integrate with the email functionality. To begin the setup you need (1) close Outlook and (2) go to your itris Preferences (in the Action Bar).

From here (3) click on the Email tile.

There are various settings here including letting itris know where to look for your Outlook email signatures, setting a default signature and (4) configuring the Outlook Add-In.

Select the correct (5) Profile and Account before hitting Save.

Once configured it will look something like this.

Next (6) Open Outlook.

You will be presented with the following asking you to confirm the Install of the itris 9 Outlook Add-In, (7) ensure you click Install (check behind the Outlook screen in case its hidden).
