Sharing a Record Group with other users means you can work collectively and seamlessly from a single list of records.

As the Group owner, when sharing your group with other users you can control their level of access to the list.

On the other side, when a Record Group is shared with you, you see the owner of that Group and the permissions they’ve given you.
