Assigning sources to applicants and tracking them through the recruitment process means you can effectively analyse which are the most profitable.

In turn this enables informed decision-making when reviewing and renewing paid-for sources, such as job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter based on their performance for you.

Sources can be assigned at the point of creating the applicant, at any time via the Sources tab or during the submission process (including placement).

You can then utilise the Source Report to report on the Return on Investment for each source.

The report will show you relevant statistics associated with each Source, for example, the number of applicants a source is linked to, and the submission and placement activity against that source.
