Grace Period & Rebate Period in Applicant Searches

Don't undo your hard work and impact relationships.

Use Grace & Rebate periods to narrow your applicant search results

By excluding applicants placed in Fixed Fee roles that are within either their Grace or Rebate period you can ensure you’re not looking at applicants you don’t want to place (yet!)

If you place an applicant that’s within their Rebate period into another role you will have to pay money back to the first client, and who wants to do that?

Also, whether through agreement or best practice you may want to stay in your clients’ good graces by not poaching applicants you previously placed as soon as the rebate period is over.

Use the Restrictions search criteria in applicant searches to exclude these applicants from your search.

Perhaps consider adding this criteria to your default applicant search template.
