Compliance in itris provides the ability to ensure that applicants put forward for jobs, placed or extended, meet the legislative requirements such as right to work and proof of identity as well as yours or the client's requirements.

The compliance functionality is highly customisable and flexible in terms of the varying evidence potentially needed for each job.

Key Information about Compliance

Compliance items are made up of Custom Fields and References.

You are warned at submission stages if an applicant is not compliant.

You can stop an applicant being placed or extended if they are not compliant (or just be warned that they aren’t compliant).

Compliance requirements are added to jobs, which then links through to placements made against that job.

You can create compliance templates and apply the templates to your jobs (great timesaver).

You can view applicants compliance status on the job, placement or in the compliance management area.

Compliance items can also be managed from the applicant, job and placement records, as well as the compliance management area.
