Save Embarrassment, check Submissions Warnings!

Submission warnings exist to warn or prevent you from carrying out an embarrassing or damaging action at various levels of applicant submissions, including CV Marketing.

The warnings listed will be anything you should be aware of before including (but not limited to):

  • Invalid Compliance.
  • Restrictions from Recruitment or against a particular company/contact.
  • Interview Scheduled.
  • Applicant has a (live) offer that is being negotiated for another job.
  • Previously worked at the company you are submitting them to.
  • Applicant is currently placed in a (live) fixed fee role and is within the placement rebate or grace period.

With Submissions, Placements and Extensions there are 2 types of warnings:

Informational warnings- these are purely for informational purposes and will not prevent the applicant from being submitted, placed or having their placement extended.

Restriction warnings - this will prevent the applicant from being submitted, placed or having their placement extended.

When Marketing a CV you will be informed of Warnings against that applicant/contact.

You will see the following icons:

These are informational warnings and will allow you to Market the CV.

This will appear prior to attempting to submit the marketed CV and will not allow you to market the CV, due to restriction warnings

This icon will display once you have attempted to market the CV with a restriction warning.
