Flag Records to Differentiate Them

Flags can be used on both Search Results & Groups in itris and is an efficient way of organising these lists.

There are 5 different coloured flags you can assign.

If you are a fan of shortcut keys, you can use the numbers on your keyboard to flag the selected row.

If you need a reminder of what number is associated with which colour just click on the Tool Tip next to the Flags action button.

Coloured Flags will then appear next to your results.

You can also filter your results by the flags, to either include or exclude records with a particular flag.

For example, if you used the Red Flag against records you don’t want to see you can choose to hide those records by excluding them.

You can also run actions like Emailing or Shortlisting to a job on records by their flagged status.
